Earning Two Degrees

In order to be awarded two bachelor's degrees, such as a Bachelor of Professional Studies (BPS) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), students must complete a minimum of 27 credits in residence at the college beyond the requirements of the first bachelor's degree (providing that the second degree program requires at least 27 additional credits not previously completed by the student). Students will be able to enroll in the second degree program upon the completion of the first degree. Reviewing the degree requirements and completing a course plan with their career and academic advisor for their desired degree programs are critical steps that will help students understand if taking a second degree is feasible, and if so, what the student will need to do and how long it will take the student to complete their degrees. It is recommended that students also consult with Student Financial and Registration Services prior to enrolling in a second degree.
