When available and upon request, a limited number of beds may be reserved for a quiet living community. The CIA Quiet Living Community maintains a policy of quiet hours at all times. Students who live in this community are expected to respect their fellow residents by maintaining appropriate noise levels. It is understood that everyday noises (i.e., doors opening, conversations in the hall and behind doors) may exist and are not considered unreasonable, but if requested, students should amicably reduce noise. It is expected that residents and their guests are courteous to others at all times. These are not completely silent residential communities. Residents who fail to comply with the expectations of a Quiet Living Community may be administratively reassigned to a space in another residential community or sanctioned accordingly.
