Catalog Updates

Students should note the following approved changes to programs, courses, and policies, effective 12/1/2024 that occurred after the publication of the 2024-2025 Academic Catalog:

  • Grade Review Process - Undergraduate was updated to include the note: The grade review process is for a final grade only and grades for individual assignments will not be considered.
  • Added Jen Clarke as Senior Director – School of Graduate Studies
  • Added Jennifer Purcell as Interim Dean—School of Liberal Arts and Food Studies
  • Updated Bill Reidy's title to Vice President – Alumni Relations and Advancement
  • Updated the Board of Trustees
  • ADVS-388: Navigating Degree Completion course number was changed to ADVS-300.
  • Pre-requisites removed from HMFB-300 (Hospitality Management Internship)
  • Added ADVC-301AD, Advanced Cooking: Afro-Caribbean as a new course
  • Added LART-352, Food For Good: Social Movements and Entrepreneurship as a new course
  • Added links to Student Complaints Policy and Procedures page
  • Updated the Graduate Dismissal and Appeal statement
