The Culinary Institute of America—which includes campuses in Hyde Park, NY; St. Helena, CA; and San Antonio, TX; and two additional locations at Copia and Singapore—is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, 1007 North Orange Street, 4th Floor, MB166, Wilmington, DE, 19801, 267-284-5000. The Middle States Commission on Higher Education is an institutional accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation. The Culinary Institute of America holds an Absolute Charter issued by the New York State Board of Regents and is approved for veterans training under the G.I. Bill of Rights.
