Curricula


The Culinary Institute of America offers gold-standard degree and certificate programs that prepare students with the knowledge and skills they need for success in a wide variety of career opportunities in the food, beverage, and hospitality industries.

Students entering the Culinary Institute of America beginning in September 2019 will be required to complete their restaurant training in an expanded series of courses in one restaurant, as part of all degree programs (except for Hospitality Management).  More specific course information will be provided in the December 2019 Academic Catalog addendum.  Students may reach out to the Senior Associate Dean for Culinary Arts located in Hyde Park, New York for more information. 

Program offerings vary among its Hyde Park, NY; St. Helena, CA; San Antonio, TX; and Singapore campuses, and are noted in the descriptions that follow.
